Requests for Further Information

Frequently clients’ first awareness of an archaeological condition in relation to their development is identified as a condition from the planning authority in the form of a Request for Further Information. This can range from archaeological impact assessments and visual impact assessment to archaeological test excavation. Requests for further information are usually time-sensitive requirements, in which the conditions must be addressed within a specified period so that the planning application does not lapse.

We work with our clients to fulfil any archaeological conditions and assist in presenting required reports and recommendations to the planning authority in a timely manner.
