Developments can often be levied with seemingly challenging obstacles with regards of archaeology and built heritage. These may be considered as development prohibitive. With over thirty-five years in commercial archaeology, we have developed both project experience and expertise to guide our clients through these challenges.

Our partnership with our clients occurs from project inception or design stages of developments, but we can intervene on behalf of our clients at any stage of the development. Each site and development has its own unique challenges in relation to archaeological and heritage requirements. Our consultation is led by understanding the project and its complications and providing solutions. The best time to engage our services is always from the design stage, from which we can be most effective. But we welcome providing our experience and expertise at any stage of the development. The process can also entail representation to statutory agencies and other regulatory organisations.
